Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking an LTSA Program Manager II to lead the end-to-end management of long-term service agreements. You will oversee outage planning, contract execution, parts rotation, and repairs, coordinating with customers and program engineers to ensure successful outages.

The role requires strong contract management, data-driven decision making, and the ability to travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BSME, BSEE) or at least seven years related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and regulations; write reports and present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Understand LTSA contract requirements and manage outage planning.
• Coordinate parts repairs and ordering to support outages at customer plants; travel as needed.
• Develop proposals for improvements with program engineers and LTSA sales team.
• Ensure parts required for outages are available on site before outages begin; expedite as needed.
• Follow up on repaired parts, track warranty and life data, and manage part life cycles.
