Applitrack seeks an LTS Program Assistant Pathways Sub Separate Upper School to support students with autism in a full inclusion setting. You will assist with behavior plan implementation, data collection, and daily monitoring across classrooms and activities.

Responsibilities include supporting academic tasks, potential toileting assistance, and collaboration with professional staff to promote student progress and safety throughout the day.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience working with young children.

Position Purpose

Support and assist students with autism/characteristics of autism who attend full inclusion. Support with implementation of behavior plan implementation, collect data, monitor students throughout the day across all settings, provide academic support as needed, potential toileting assistance, monitoring and supporting for attention, work completion and social navigation, potential assistance for communication devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with associates degree or higher preferred
• Experience working with young children
• Experience assisting in program implementation
• Ability to work with professional staff
• Outstanding preparation and/or experience may be substituted for some of the above qualifications
