Job summary

Logixs Search is seeking a Sales Director - LTL in California to lead a geographically dispersed sales team. You will drive commercial growth by building and mentoring the team, focusing on consultative solutions rather than price alone.

You will partner with senior leadership to shape strategy, budgets and forecasts while ensuring strong relationships with key accounts and alignment with operations for service delivery. A track record in logistics sales leadership is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a geographically spread sales team with hiring and performance management.
• Set targets and build a consultative sales culture focused on customer freight needs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on sales strategy, budgets, forecasting and revenue targets.
• Oversee customer relationships across the team to protect and grow key accounts.
• Use CRM and performance data to track results, forecast and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service on service delivery and branch oversight.
