The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, familiarity with local markets, and the ability to sustain high performance across shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Thorough understanding of the LTL trucking industry.
• Prior management, dispatch and dock experience.
• Knowledge of local metropolitan area.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work 50 hours/week.
• Able to lift 20 lbs or more.
