You will build relationships with national and regional carriers, negotiate pricing, monitor performance, and collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of LTL experience in a shipper, 3PL, freight brokerage, or LTL carrier environment.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Experience analyzing performance data and using Excel or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop strategic relationships with national and regional LTL carriers.
• Lead carrier negotiations, business reviews, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Monitor carrier performance including service levels, claims, billing accuracy, and capacity.
• Partner with operations and freight audit teams to resolve service issues and billing discrepancies.
• Evaluate carrier pricing, tariffs, discounts, accessorials, and GRIs.
• Support LTL RFPs, sourcing initiatives, and contract negotiations.
• Identify opportunities to reduce transportation costs through benchmarking, consolidation, and network optimization.
• Maintain carrier routing guides, agreements, and performance data.
