Job summary

Mansfield Energy Corp is seeking a Supervisor, LTL Operations to lead a team of Procurement and Logistics Analysts and optimize daily workflows across procurement, dispatch, and service delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional handoffs, escalate complex pricing and capacity issues, and drive improvements in performance and coverage.

The role requires strong leadership, bid strategy experience, and hands-on oversight of dispatch operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field, or equivalent experience, preferred.
• Supervisory, leadership, or transportation industry training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned Procurement and Logistics Analysts and set daily priorities.
• Direct carrier bid strategy and approve rates within supervisory thresholds.
• Oversee order creation, dispatch, monitoring, and confirmation to same-day dispatch closure.
• Coordinate rapid response activities and cross-functional handoffs with Procurement and Sales.
• Triage analyst exceptions and escalate unresolved capacity, pricing, and carrier issues to the Manager.
• Maintain vendor master integrity and ensure accurate data for new vendor setups and awards.
• Support training and cross-training plans and development for team members.
