Job summary

XPO is seeking a Freight Operations Manager for our North Carolina service center to lead daily operations, optimize staffing, and manage revenue and cost controls. You will mentor a team, ensure efficient service delivery, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of related experience, supervisory background, LTL knowledge, and familiarity with hazmat, OSHA and DOT regulations, along with strong communication and data-driven decision

Qualifications

• 4 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in the less-than-truckload (LTL) industry.
• Experience with hazmat regulations, OSHA and DOT rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery service provided to our customers.
• Guide the complete daily operations of the service center.
• Oversee revenue, profit and cost controls.
• Ensure proper staffing, utilization and management of personnel.
• Mentor and manage all personnel working at the facility.
