Job summary
Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an experienced Transportation Provider Performance Manager to lead governance, SLA compliance, and cost improvements across FTL, LTL, and parcel freight within our Atlanta-based hybrid network.
You will build carrier scorecards, drive corrective actions, and partner with Planning, Procurement, Distribution Centers, Customer Service, and Quality to optimize on-time execution and reduce freight spend.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in transportation operations, carrier management, or logistics with multi-site scope.
- Strong knowledge of FTL, LTL, and parcel freight operations and provider scorecards.
- Experience implementing CAPs, PIPs, and SLA governance with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable provider improvements.
Responsibilities
- Establish carrier scorecards and monitor SLA compliance across freight modes.
- Own provider performance improvement plans and escalation workflows.
- Lead initiatives to improve OTP/OTD, tender acceptance, and capacity alignment.
- Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, DCs, CS, and Quality to resolve issues.
- Ensure real-time shipment visibility and milestone accuracy with P44/TMS.
