You will coordinate speaker programs, build strategic relationships and share local market insights to shape strategy and team objectives. The role emphasizes regulatory understanding, patient-care guidance, and cross-functional coordination with Medical Affairs and RAMs to support access and product messaging within LTC

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
• 4+ years sales experience with healthcare providers.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic LTC facility relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical business practices and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of LTC environment, including regulatory requirements and resident needs.
• Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with LTC facility decision-makers.
• Develop and execute tailored communication and sales strategies for LTC facilities.
• Provide detailed on-label information aligned with product label and regulatory standards.
• Address payor coverage, co-pays, prior authorization, formulary placement and access considerations.
• Offer guidance on patient care, standard protocols and best practices.
• Utilize virtual or digital tools to engage customers (webinars, virtual meetings, newsletters).
