Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a Neuroscience LTC Specialist to engage healthcare providers across in-person, virtual, and digital channels.

You will coordinate with Area Business Lead and cross-functional teams to position LTC solutions, drive access strategies, and facilitate speaker programs aligned with local market needs. The role focuses on regulatory understanding, stakeholder engagement, and delivering value-based care in long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• Experience within long term care (LTC) and/or CNS is highly advantageous.
• 4+ years of experience in a sales role with healthcare providers (HCPs).
• Thorough understanding of the LTC environment including regulatory requirements and clinical needs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of LTC environment, regulatory requirements, and patient needs.
• Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with key decision-makers within LTC facilities.
• Develop and execute tailored communication and sales strategies for LTC facilities.
• Provide on-label information aligned with product label and regulatory standards.
• Address local market payor coverage, co-pay options, prior authorization, and formulary placement.
• Offer guidance on patient care, including system protocols and best practices.
• Engage customers via virtual or digital tools, including webinars and online platforms.
