Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare (neuroscience preferred).
• 8+ years for senior levels with complex/account-based selling experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with LTC care team members including physicians, NP/PA, pharmacists, and facility leadership.
• Deliver compliant clinical, disease state, and reimbursement education tailored to customer needs.
• Identify customer questions/objections and apply advanced selling skills.
• Develop knowledge of customers and local market trends to inform business planning.
• Create and execute quarterly territory plans to maximize reach within budget.
• Guide pricing, reimbursement, and LTC profitability; liaise on access questions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address business needs.
• Represent Acadia at conferences, product launches, and training sessions.
• Mentor junior Sales Specialists and share field insights.
