Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a seasoned Market Access Training leader to shape strategic training programs for national and regional teams. You will design curricula, materials and sessions that support payer, pharmacy and patient access workstreams while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

The role emphasizes onboarding, coaching and driving training improvements to ensure competitive relevance across markets and products.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business or technical field required.
• 8+ years pharmaceutical sales or Market Access experience required.
• Significant vendor management or contract negotiation experience preferred.
• CNS and/or psychiatry/anti-psychotic experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and monitor training curricula for Market Access teams.
• Create materials to support product launches and patient access processes.
• Lead onboarding and coaching of Market Access personnel.
• Drive improvements in Market Access training strategies based on business needs.
