Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. seeks a Client Services Manager to oversee relationships with long-term care facilities and assisted living communities around Kerrville, TX. You will ensure timely, professional service and coordinate with pharmacy staff to address client needs.

Responsibilities include facility visits, inquiries handling, audits for survey readiness, and developing strong relationships with Administrators and Directors of Nursing to support care delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be local to Kerrville, TX area and available for on-site work.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to manage relationships.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform routine visits to client facilities in the Kerrville area.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
• Relate to client needs and maintain long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with pharmacy staff to resolve client issues and provide information.
• Conduct audits and ensure medication stocks and par levels are accurate.
• Develop relationships with Administrators and Directors of Nursing to support responsibilities.
