SpecialtyRx, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Manager to oversee relationships with long term care facilities and assisted living communities in the surrounding Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island regions.

The role requires coordinating with facility Administrators and Directors of Nursing under general supervision of the Account Executive Manager. Responsibilities include scheduling visits, responding to inquiries, solving facility issues, and performing audits to ensure compliance and proper

Qualifications

• Long Term Care Pharmacy experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of health care procedures.
• Ability to make quick decisions, establish priorities and concentrate on detailed information.
• Driven and motivated problem-solver.
• Ability to work independently and team player.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Willing to drive long distances in the State of New York and Long Island, NY (Nassau & Suffolk).
• Must reside in (Nassau-Suffolk).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned facilities.
• Respond in a professional and timely manner to inquiries from client facilities.
• Ability to relate to client needs.
• Work with pharmacy staff to obtain information to share with client facilities and to solve client facility issues.
• Perform audits of medication and treatment carts for survey preparation.
• Audit antibiotics/PO/IV and back-up boxes to ensure proper par levels are maintained and medications are not expired.
• Audit emergency boxes to ensure proper seal(s) are placed and medications are not expired.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Administrators and Director of Nursing of client facilities to facilitate position responsibilities.
