SpecialtyRx, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Manager to oversee relationships with long-term care facilities and assisted living communities in the Sandy Springs region of Georgia. Under the Director of Client Services you will support service delivery and coordination with pharmacy staff.

A local candidate with LTC pharmacy experience and strong organizational skills will thrive in this role, which requires driving within Georgia and fostering client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Must be local to the surrounding areas of Augusta, Georgia.
• Long Term Care Pharmacy experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of health care procedures.
• Ability to make quick decisions, establish priorities and concentrate on detailed information.
• Driven and motivated problem-solver.
• Ability to work independently and team player.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Willing to drive long distances in the State of Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned facilities.
• Respond in a professional and timely manner to inquiries from client facilities.
• Ability to relate to client needs.
• Work with pharmacy staff to obtain information to share with client facilities and to solve client facility issues.
• Perform audits of medication and treatment carts for survey preparation.
• Audit antibiotics/PO/IV and back-up boxes to ensure proper par levels are maintained and medications are not expired.
• Audit emergency boxes to ensure proper seal(s) are placed and medications are not expired.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Administrators and Director of Nursing of client facilities to facilitate position responsibilities.
