Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RT) for a direct-hire, full-time role in Pineville, NC. You will provide direct care to critically ill patients, collaborate with physicians, and manage respiratory therapies in a specialized LTAC setting.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice Respiratory Therapy in North Carolina or a compact state.
• At least 1 year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS certification within 90 days of employment.
• Strong clinical judgment and team-oriented care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team on care plans.
• Monitor progress, document findings, administer therapies and medications.
• Educate patients and families and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
