Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a direct hire, full-time position in Pineville, NC. Join a specialized LTAC setting caring for medically complex patients under the Respiratory Therapy Manager and Lead RT.

Requirements include an active NC or compact state RT license, BLS and ACLS, and 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience. This role supports patient education, documentation, and high-quality care delivery.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice Respiratory Therapy in North Carolina or a compact state.
• BLS required; ACLS required.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to plan care.
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings.
• Administer respiratory therapies and medications per physician orders.
• Educate patients and families and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
