Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license for North Carolina or compact state.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 1+ year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document treatments and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards and regulatory guidelines.
