Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a direct hire, full-time LTAC position in Pineville, NC. You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, monitor progress, and document findings in a high-acuity setting.

The role requires NC (or compact) RT license, 1+ year acute care/ICU/LTAC experience, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Benefits, PTO, and a mission-driven culture are included.

Qualifications

• Active RT license in NC or a compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer therapies, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, standards and regulatory guidelines.
