Vibra Permanent Staffing seeks an experienced Respiratory Therapist for full-time day or night shifts at a Pineville LTAC partner. You will provide direct care to critically ill patients, collaborate with physicians, monitor progress, and document interventions.

Requires NC or compact state license, 1+ year acute care/LTAC ICU, BLS and ACLS. Competitive salary with shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, and PTO in a supportive, mission-driven culture.

Qualificações

• Current North Carolina RT license or compact state license.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
