Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a direct hire, full-time role in Pineville, NC, with a LTAC-focused team caring for medically complex patients.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, collaboration with physicians, ventilator management, and education for patients and families. Must have NC or compact state license, BLS and ACLS; 1+ year LTAC/ICU experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Active RT license in North Carolina or a compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork in a high-acuity setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer treatments, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Conhecimentos
