Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist (RT) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity at a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partner in Pineville, NC. This role offers the chance to care for medically complex patients and contribute to high-quality outcomes.

You will provide direct patient care, coordinate with physicians, manage ventilators, administer treatments, and educate patients and families. A NC RT license, BLS, ACLS, and ICU/ LTAC experience are preferred.

Formación

• Active NC RT license or compact license.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care, ICU, or LTAC preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Coordinate individualized care plans with physicians and an interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and therapies, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families and advocate for long‑term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards and regulatory guidelines.
