Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC. in Pineville, NC is seeking an experienced RN for a direct-hire, full-time role in a demanding LTAC setting.

You will provide direct care to critically ill patients, collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, and document findings while maintaining regulatory compliance. A compassionate, team-oriented mindset is essential and a commitment to excellence in patient care is expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long‑term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Skills

Active NC RN license or compact state

1+ year acute care/ICU/LTAC experience

BLS
