Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with IL license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and IV piggybacks as directed.
• Chart assessments and care plans with RN input.
• Coordinate with physicians to receive orders.
• Perform trach care and NG tube care.
• Reinforce discharge instructions and patient education.
