Job summary

Haven Home Care Inc. is expanding in Eastern Ohio and seeks a Supervisory LPN to establish our presence across Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties.

This per-visit role pays for each supervisory visit, open visit, and tests, with mileage reimbursed per mile and provided iPad for data entry. The position focuses on building client base from zero, coordinating with Home Health Aides, and performing pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Complete open visits and document per agency standards.
• Conduct supervisory visits every 60 days to check Home Health Aides.
• Complete pre-employment testing for Home Health Aide candidates.
