Job summary

Haven Home Care is seeking a Supervisory LPN to help expand in Eastern Ohio. This part-time, per-visit role pays per completed visit and tasks, with mileage reimbursement. The work focuses on establishing presence across Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning and Trumbull counties.

As visits grow, supervisory duties every 60 days and pre-employment testing for aides will expand. Candidates must have an Ohio LPN license and driving capability in the target counties.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Residence in Trumbull or Mahoning County preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete open visits and document per agency standards.
• Conduct supervisory visits every 60 days to check Home Health Aides.
• Perform pre-employment skills and written tests for aides.
