Villa Healthcare seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Traverse Point team in Traverse City, MI. The LPN assumes responsibility for a group of residents per shift, administering medications, charting care, and ensuring safety.

The role requires Michigan licensure, CPR, and a willingness to work flexible hours with possible overnight travel as needed. Long‑term care experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license to practice in the State of Michigan.
• CPR certification required.
• 1 year of experience preferred, long-term care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides licensed care to assigned residents as ordered by physician and in accordance with facility standards.
• Transcribes and follows physician orders to resident charts and MAR.
• Prepares and administers medications and performs treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Documents care and resident responses clearly and timely.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment and follows infection control procedures.
• Supports day-to-day CNA supervision and assists in care planning as required.
