Job summary

Villa Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Traverse Point team in Traverse City. The RN will assess, implement, and evaluate resident care plans, supervise certified nursing assistants, and ensure safety and compliance with applicable standards.

Current RN license and CPR are required, with long-term care experience preferred. We offer daily pay options, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Must hold a current CPR certification.
Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited college or university.
Must possess a current RN license to practice in the state.

Responsibilities

Provide licensed nursing care to residents as ordered by physician and per standards.
Record and communicate nursing reports during shift changes.
Maintain clean and sanitary work areas and treatment spaces.
Supervise CNAs on assigned unit to ensure compliant care.
Take vital signs, administer IV therapy as ordered, and provide respiratory care.
