• Current CPR Certification required.
• Possess a current license to practice in the State as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Long-Term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing care as ordered by physician and in accordance with facility, federal, state and local standards.
• Documents and transcribes physician orders and care plans; communicates with the IDT.
• Prepares and administers medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitors resident vital signs and maintains a safe, clean environment.
