Job summary

Villa Traverse Point is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team in Traverse City, MI. This role provides licensed care to residents under physician orders and state/federal guidelines, including medication administration and vital signs.

You will document care, support care plans, and collaborate with the IDT to ensure safety and quality outcomes. Michigan LPN licensure and CPR certification are required; LTC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification required.
• Possess a current Michigan LPN license.
• 1 year of experience in a care setting preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing care to residents as ordered by physician and in line with regulations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, document care and resident response.
• Record vitals, assessments, and communicate changes to the care team.
• Prepare and transcribe physician orders to charts and MAR.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure infection control standards.
