Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct clinical care in our Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing settings. You will support residents’ health and well-being, following nursing standards, state regulations, and Erickson policies.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the State of Maryland as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, placing the resident first and addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assess and document resident condition, notify provider or RN when needed, and update care plans accordingly.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately as ordered.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and review clinical indicators.
