Job summary

Qualifications

• Hours and shift must be worked as specified; on-site orientation and onboarding requirements apply.
• Associate's degree in Medical Assisting with 3-5 years hospital/medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to outpatient diagnostic orders from physicians for hospital departments and schedule tests as required.
• Log into the system to log in faxed data, including patient data and physician orders.
• Maintain accurate scheduling dictionaries and online instructions; support system upgrades as needed.
• Provide timely information to leadership regarding scheduling, staffing and customer service.
