Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with active state license.
• Ability to perform essential job functions and communicate effectively.
• Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to perform duties; adapt to accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care under provider direction.
• Administer prescribed medications and coordinate clinic patient care.
• Prepare equipment and assist provider during procedures and testing.
• Observe, document, and report patient condition and drug reactions.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow, prioritizing emergencies.
• Greets patients, obtains health history, takes vitals, and educates patients.
• Respond to patient calls with physician input; advise on diagnostic processes.
• Educate patients and families on medications, nutrition, and health maintenance.
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and cleanliness; document lab materials as needed.
• Label pathology specimens per lab protocol and maintain QC records.
