Responsibilities

• Coordinate all patient referrals at the request of providers.
• Schedule referral, testing, and imaging appointments; notify patients.
• Enter referrals into the eCW system and track reports.
• Coordinate ancillary services and communicate with labs/facilities.
• Cross-trained to provide coverage for clinic nurses as needed.
• Attend required training and participate in meetings.
