Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care across our cottage-style campus. You will work 12-hour shifts, administer medications, and support residents with compassionate, individualized care.

This flexible PRN role offers competitive pay ($27–$33/hour) with shift differentials up to $8/hour, on-site leadership, and a team-focused environment that values safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must maintain continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Compassion for an underserved population.
• Ability to remain physically active throughout shift (walking between cottages).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
