Piedmont Post Acute in Piedmont, SC is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 3rd shift (7p-7a). This 88-bed skilled nursing facility offers a quiet, family-like environment with flexible PRN scheduling and competitive pay of $28-$29/hour plus a $2/hour shift differential.
As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, supervise CNAs, maintain clinical documentation, and help keep residents safe and comfortable.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
- Current CPR certification required.

- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
- Supervise and support CNAs to maintain quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
