Piedmont Post Acute in Piedmont, SC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 3rd shift (7pm-7am). The role provides direct patient care, medication administration, and collaboration with the care team in an 88-bed facility.

We offer competitive pay of $28-$29/hour, a $1,000 sign-on, shift differential, tuition reimbursement, next-day pay, and comprehensive benefits including PTO and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must maintain continuing education and be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Position Summary
