Job summary

Piedmont Post Acute is an 88-bed skilled nursing facility in Piedmont, SC, just 20 minutes from Greenville. As a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you’ll provide direct resident care on an as-needed basis, helping maintain comfort, dignity, and well-being.

You’ll assist with ADLs, support mobility and transfers, monitor changes, keep a clean, safe environment, and follow care plans in collaboration with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and eligible for employment.
• Active CNA certification in South Carolina is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
• Follow care plans and collaborate with the nursing team to deliver compassionate care.
