Job summary

Piedmont Post Acute in Piedmont, SC is hiring a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct care on an as-needed basis. You will support residents' health and well-being, following individualized care plans and collaborating with a skilled care team.

This PRN position offers flexible scheduling, a competitive $28–$29 per hour pay range, and opportunities for advancement within our South Carolina network. CPR required, SC license active, and experience with PCC is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions.
• Supervise and support CNAs to maintain quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment.
