Brushy Creek Post Acute – Greer, SC is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care in a cottage-style skilled nursing setting. The role offers competitive hourly pay and flexible PRN scheduling.

Responsibilities include medication administration, care plan adherence, and supervision of CNAs, with on-site leadership available 24/7. CPR required; SC LPN license mandatory. Shift differential up to $8/hour applies.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Maintain continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment.

Position Summary
