Job summary

Cherrydale Post Acute - Greenville, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN opportunities with 12-hour shifts. Pay is $28-$30/hour with flexible scheduling, including weekend coverage (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, supervise CNAs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation while supporting an interdisciplinary team in our 132-bed facility under new leadership.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Compassion for an underserved population.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
