Brushy Creek Post Acute is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct, compassionate care in a cottage-style skilled nursing setting in Greer, SC. The role supports 12-hour shifts with on-site leadership and 24/7 on-call management, enabling flexible PRN scheduling and collaboration with CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualified candidates hold an active SC LPN license, CPR certification, and commit to ongoing CE requirements.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in SC.
• Current CPR certification.
• Maintain CE credits and stay in good standing with SC State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Compassion for underserved population.
• Must be physically able to walk between cottages during shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean and respectful environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
