Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC seeks a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care on an as-needed basis within our cottage-style model. This role supports safe, compassionate care and collaborates with CNAs and the clinical team.

You’ll work 12-hour shifts with on-site leadership available 24/7, and may receive shift differentials up to $8/hour. PRN opportunities across our SC network offer flexibility and team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Compassion for an underserved population.
• Ability to remain physically active throughout shift (walking between cottages required).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care delivery
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
