Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and deliver high-quality care across cottage-style units. You will supervise staff, administer medications, monitor residents, and ensure accurate documentation while coordinating with physicians and the care team.

The role requires an active SC RN license, CPR certification, and strong leadership and communication skills. We offer 12-hour shifts with day and night options, generous shift differentials, and on-site

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must maintain continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team.
• Lead and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
