Job summary

Haven Home Care Inc. is growing its eastern Ohio footprint and seeking an LPN to supplement current work without replacing it. You’ll handle open and supervisory visits, gather documentation, and help with candidate testing while building a network of new clients.

The role offers per-visit pay and mileage reimbursement, with no guaranteed weekly hours. It’s ideal for an LPN seeking extra income while maintaining another job in the region.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance that covers work.
• Current CPR certification.
• Successful completion of criminal background check, skills test, and written nursing test.
• Residence in Trumbull or Mahoning County preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documentation: Prepare accurate documentation per agency standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervisory and Open Visits: Conduct regular visits every 60 days to check on Home Health Aides and complete open visits.
• Pre-Employment Testing: Conduct skills tests and written tests for Home Health Aide candidates.
• The role does not involve skilled nursing care or medical assessments.
