Alden of Huntley is seeking qualified nurses to join our team. We offer a robust orientation, EMR training, and expansive care across skilled nursing, long-term custodial, and memory care settings. Join us to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants while upholding high standards of quality care.

We provide tuition reimbursement, uniform coverage, and a $1,000 refer-a-friend bonus for RN/LPN positions. A supportive work environment plus ongoing training awaits.

Formación

• Must hold current unencumbered RN or LPN license in IL or WI.
• CPR certification or obtain within two weeks.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
• Interest/knowledge in care of the aged.
• English-language proficiency.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Ability to deal tactfully with customers, family, visitors and staff.
• Leadership and supervisory ability.
• Personable, enthusiastic and resourceful.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants per policy.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, local standards and facility policies.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities.
• Develop care plans and participate in care conferences.
• Place orders for medications and treatments per budget.
• Chart nursing notes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Attend continuing education and training programs.
• Orient new customers and families to the facility.
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff as needed.
