The Alden Network is seeking LPNs and RNs in Illinois for part-time and full-time shifts. You will provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants, ensuring care aligns with federal, state, and local standards. We offer tuition reimbursement and referral bonuses to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current license to practice as RN or LPN in the State of Illinois and/or Wisconsin.
• CPR certificate required or must be certified within two weeks of employment.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Leadership and supervisory ability and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants per standards.
• Develop and follow a written plan of care for each resident.
• Attend care plan conferences and communicate with physicians as directed.
• Document nursing notes and resident responses to care.
