Job summary

Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC, is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Part-Time or PRN roles. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident outcomes.

We offer flexible Part-Time and PRN scheduling, 8-hour shifts, and a shift differential up to $3.00/hour. Current SC LPN licensure and CPR are required; PCC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain continuing education and licensure requirements.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Utilize PCC and other clinical systems as needed.
