Job summary

Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time 8-hour shifts. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications include an unrestricted SC LPN license and CPR certification. Prior skilled nursing or long-term care and PCC experience are preferred.

Responsibilities
