Job summary

West Village Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time evening and weekend shifts in Greenville, SC. The role involves direct nursing care, medication administration, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure top-quality resident outcomes.

We offer 8- or 12-hour shifts with competitive pay and up to $3/hr shift differential. Candidates with SC LPN licensure and CPR certification will thrive in our supportive, drama-free culture.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain continuing education and licensure requirements.
• Must remain in good standing with SC Board of Nursing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the team.
• Respond to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies.
• Promote dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations.
• Utilize PCC and other clinical systems as needed.

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Respond appropriately to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
• Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina
• Current CPR certification
• Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
• Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
